Contract work, custom & special manufacturing
For machining, we offer a wide variety of equipment, from manual tool-room machines all the way to 5-axis CNC machines. We work easily from your blueprints or electronic CAD drawings (in all major formats – AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro-E, etc.), or even directly from solid-model files importable to MasterCam such as STEP, Parasolid, IGES, etc. Just contact our engineering department regarding the compatibility of your preferred format. |

Specialized machining processes for the product line include fine-tolerance machining of polycarbonate-epoxy composites, glass-filled epoxies, and filled-epoxy laminates. Strict formulas for dyes and filters yield excellent brightness, color, and sunlight-readability characteristics, verified with original lab equipment. All parts are manufactured based on original Wagner tooling and blueprints, in continuous production since 1999.
